After our adventure in the cloud forest, we returned to our hotel where we relaxed a little bit. The boys ran out to the playground and played for quite a while again… which again was good for them. Karen and I updated our journals and talked about our day.
When it was dinner time we decided to return to the Restaurante Lucia. We all ordered the exact same meal, except I had three glasses of wine instead of two and Karen had two instead of one. Well we felt very happy, and had a great family time. We made up and told stories… silly, and stupid (my favorite) stories. Mine was about Sir Poopsalot, a local stray dog that was sitting at the front of the restaurant looking in. You see Sir Poopsalot was not always destitute… he was actually born into privilege, but his brother, Sir Grandé, who was actually quite pequeño, was jealous, and locked him out of the house one day… but I digress. In any case a wonderful time was had by all… it was one of the more fun family times on the trip thus far.
